Northstar is a distributor of a core product line of acids, alkali bases, and blended cleaners. Distribution of these products is done using two different methods, mini-bulk shipment and bulk shipment.
Both the mini-bulk and bulk divisions provide 24-hour lead time delivery, as well as emergency sameday, after-hours, and weekend service.

Northstar backs its deliveries with qualified personnel who will assist the customer with technical questions and emergency response. The office number is backed by an after-hours cell number which allows the customer to speak with an on-call person who will assist them with their service or emergency response needs.
